For pilates, reformer and boutique studios
We run the event, shoot it, and hand you a month of content from one afternoon. You get a full room and the photos to prove it.
The room looked thin. You took the shot anyway, told yourself you would use it, and it is still sitting in your camera roll. Meanwhile the reformers are on a payment plan that does not care how Tuesday went.
The day someone tagged you without being asked. Three people messaged about the schedule. Two came back the following week and one brought a friend. You did not have to angle the camera to hide anything.
You have already had that day. The job is making it a Tuesday.
Three promises an agency that depends on retainers cannot make.
This is where the photographs go.
Bodies in the room, pieces of content produced, and trials booked in the fortnight after. We are not filling it with stock: for this page the proof and the product are the same object, and a staged photo of somebody else’s studio would be the claim itself, faked.
Every agency reports monthly, in a deck, after they have decided what the month meant. Signals is the same data before anyone has arranged it. Spend, leads and revenue by day, in your browser, on the night you actually think about it. If you stop working with us, a viewer seat stays yours.
Brand and creative. Development. Marketing. Operations. Sales and CRM. You brief once and the right people pick it up, which is the part that stops working the moment you have three vendors and a group chat.
Every asset, every campaign, every line of copy passes a second pair of eyes before anyone outside sees it. Not a process diagram, a gate. It is the reason you can hand us something and stop thinking about it, and it is the one thing we will not flex on when a deadline gets tight.
The bench is the same whichever tier you are on. What you pay for is how much of it runs at once: a lane is one thing in flight, a specialist is the person running it. Nobody is buying five departments a month, and anybody selling you that is selling you a retainer you will not use.
A sprint is a single scoped job run end to end, with the scope and the finish date agreed in writing before you pay. Signals goes live on day one, and a viewer seat stays yours free after it ends, whether or not you carry on with us. Start a retainer within 30 days and the $1,500 comes off your first invoice.
Up to 2 lanes · 1 specialist
One or two things running steadily, without you touching either one. Swap the specialist monthly.
3 to 4 lanes · 2 specialists
Where most people land. Automations maintained, and setters and closers available on terms agreed per client.
5 to 6 lanes · 3 specialists, and you talk to the ones doing the work
Everything running at once, event production, and one custom build a year. Nobody sits between you and the person doing it.
Signals is included on every tier, for you and your whole team, and every tier draws on the same bench. Leave the retainer and a viewer seat stays yours free, with any working seats at $97 per user per month. Full inclusions, tier by tier →
We plan a session worth showing up for, bring a shooter, and run it with you. You teach. We handle everything that is not teaching.
Filling it is our job, not yours. We build the invite list and the promotion before we agree a date, and if the numbers are not there a week out we move the date rather than shoot an empty room.
No. Plenty of the best footage is hands, equipment and the room. If you want to be in it, you will be.
The raw footage, the edits, and a posting order. If you have someone who runs your socials, we hand it to them.
Studios still in build-out. Until there is a room and a schedule there is nothing to fill, and a sprint would be spending money a month early.
Ninety seconds to see if we are a fit. No call required to find out.
