When you contact us, fill out a form, or book a strategy call, we collect the information you give us, typically name, email, company, and the message you send. If you visit the site, we collect basic analytics data like pages viewed and approximate location via your IP, used purely for understanding how the site is performing.
Our reporting product at reports.brillionstudio.com lets a client connect their own social and advertising accounts so we can report that account's performance back to them. When a client connects an account, we process data from that platform on the client's behalf, and only because the account owner authorized the connection:
Instagram & Facebook (Meta) — direct messages, the usernames and profile pictures of the people in those conversations, and account and content insights.
Google (Analytics, Ads, and Business Profile) — traffic, campaign, and profile-performance metrics.
We use this data for one purpose: to display it back to the account's owner inside their own dashboard.
We use what you provide to respond to your inquiry, follow up about your project, and (if you opt in) send the occasional update. Analytics data helps us see which pages convert and where to focus our roadmap. Data from a connected platform is used solely to provide the reporting service to the account's owner. We never sell your data, never use it to train AI or machine-learning models, and never use it for advertising.
We keep the information you give us for as long as you are a client or an active prospect, and delete it on request. Data from a connected platform is retained for the life of that connection and is deleted within 30 days of the account being disconnected or the account being closed. You can request deletion at any time — see Your Rights below.
We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS across the site and the product), and the OAuth tokens that authorize a platform connection are encrypted at rest. Access to a connected account's data is limited to the members of that account and the small team that operates the service.
We use a small number of first-party cookies to remember your theme preference and gauge basic site usage. We do not run ad-tech retargeting cookies. You can clear cookies anytime in your browser without losing access to anything that matters.
Our site is hosted on Vercel, content is managed via Sanity, and forms are processed via our scheduling provider. When a client connects an account, we also exchange data with that platform's own APIs — Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google (Analytics, Ads, Business Profile) — strictly to retrieve the account's own data on the client's behalf. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and we share data with them only as needed to operate the service, never for marketing.
Our services are built for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If you provide your phone number and opt in, Brillion Studio may contact you by phone call and SMS text message about your inquiry, appointments, and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@brillionstudio.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
